Investor Vocab 101 & Running Investment Pro-forma for a Property

“Unless you talk to the dog in the language the dog understands, all you’ll do is confuse and make the dog mad.” Real estate agents can increase their commissions by helping investors buy and sell investment properties, but only will succeed if they know the Investor Vocab that investors want to hear. In this class, we will review the most common terminology and how it intersects with the real estate valuation process as well as examining some different ways that investors use Pro-formas in their analysis of whether to buy and sell investment properties.
